Hyflex Program

What is HyFlex Learning at NPTI Florida?

A HyFlex Learning program is a student-centered model of class delivery that integrates in-class instruction, online synchronous video sessions, and asynchronous content delivery. As an NPTI Florida personal training student, you attend class as you would in a traditional classroom; however, you also have the option to attend in person, participate through video conferencing, or watch a recorded session.

Our 600-hour ACCSC-accredited program is fully delivered using the HyFlex model.

Who determines how and when the learner participates—the instructor or the learner?
At NPTI Florida, the learner determines how and when they participate. Students may opt to attend in person or choose an online, self-paced option. A HyFlex program is designed to be offered face-to-face or online, either synchronously or asynchronously. Therefore, our Career Diploma program is delivered synchronously (in person or online) or asynchronously online.

The primary focus of this model is flexibility and student choice, providing maximum adaptability for our personal training students.
